A solution for the mullaperiyar issue should be brought about as early as possible. It has become a nightmare for about 33 lakhs of people. According to me, if all the ministers and m.p.'s of kerala, including the defense minister, Mr.A.K.Antony should resign, providing no support to the central government. This action can lead to the approval of a new dam and the support of lakhs of people in kerala for the ministers in the future elections.
The mullaperiyar issue is also a great threat to the Indian Naval force in cochin. If this force is wiped out then cochin can be a very good and perfect and most probably the safest way for the terrorist to enter India. As a whole, the mullaperiyar issue can be a greater threat for the country. save mullaperiyar, save kerala, save India. Jai Hind.

Ok, Mrs.jayalalitha we will raise the water level to 156 ft , but you and your allies come and reside just below the dam. I strongly support this move and we need quicker decisions than begging to centre and tamilnadu.

Please let Kerala build a dam which can hold the water in case the old dam breaks. Also draw a plan for disaster recovery, which includes redirection of water in case of a large earth quick.

Dear mallu brothers... Please understand that dams are built to last several centuries. Dams in india and china are there for 1500 to 2000 years. Mullai-periyar dam is the youngest of them. How can it be weak, that too a british construction! Do not believe your politicians. They are not technically qualified than committee members of supreme court which says dam is strong from 2006. So, please do not believe their cunning lies!! Don't develop unnecessary fear!

Another way forward for Kerala is to garner support from eminent people from across the country (obviously non-Keralites/non-Tamilians). Already people like Medha Patkar have given support to Kerala's stand. This would lend further credibility to Kerala's cause in the eyes of the larger Indian community.
